Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB in connection with the seizure of drugs on a cruise off the Mumbai coast. This is indeed a tough time for SRK and his family. Many Bollywood celebrities have come out in his support and are expressing their solidarity for him. While some celebs are extending their support on social media, a few close ones are visiting Mannat to check on him during these difficult times.

In the wake of Aryan Khan’s custody being extended, SRK’s friends reached out to him. According to the latest report in India Today, many of his industry friends, including Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Rani Mukerji, Kajol among others have tried to get in touch with Shah Rukh Khan on phone to show their support. The report added SRK has also received messages from his director friends like Rohit Shetty, Aanand L Rai, Aditya Chopra and Karan Johar. 

An insider also revealed to India Today, Shah Rukh’s management team has requested other Bollywood celebs to avoid landing up at Mannat, given the security hassle, especially with the paparazzi gathered outside the bungalow.


Yesterday, Gauri Khan’s friends like Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari, Seema Khan and Salman Khan’s sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri had visited Mannat.

A host of celebs including, singer Mika Singh, SRK's Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa co-star Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Pooja Bhatt and Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan have come out in SRK’s support on social media.

For the unversed, Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday night. The arrest came after the department conducted a raid following a tip-off about drug use in a Goa-bound Cordelia cruise ship on the Mumbai coast.

A Mumbai court on Monday denied the bail petition of Aryan Khan and two others opposing the extension of Narcotics Control Bureau's custody and sent them in remand till October 7, an Indian Express report confirmed.
